SERENITY & FREEDOM. This is the world of scuba diving. Scuba Diving brings you to a whole new world, allowing you to take time off from your hectic world schedule and enjoy the beauty of mother nature.

The world is made up of more than 70% of water and humans has only explored a fraction of it. The underwater world has lottsa to offer to both non diver and diver. Even a simple creature like the sea slug, comes in thousands, if not millions, different color and sizes.

As a diver, he loves to take photos of the underwater world, interact with divers and share the passion with non divers as well. This is one of the many reasons why he resigned from the world of media and become a fulltime dive professional.

Diving allows one person to be free, to place himself in his whole world.

LESTER AS AN INSTRUCTOR
Trained as a PADI Instructor, he rose from the ranks of a Open Water Scuba Instructor to a PADI Master Instructor.

Lester begin his career as a PADI Instructor in the early 2000, trained by Azman Sulaiman, one of the best Malay Course Director in Asia Pacific.

Joy of teaching - Bring non divers and introducing them into the world of diving is one of the greatest achievements anyone can have. Taking them from zero to hero. Teaching diving is a self-fulfillment step and the challenges of being a good instructor is overwhelming.

LESTER AS A BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
After being in the business for more than 8 years, from a one man operation to the only dive centre in Singapore that employs a team of PADI Instructor, he has moved on to become a consultant rather than just a business man.

Today, he wants to spend more time guiding the people working for the company rather than directing the company itself. Giving directions and making sure that the company is heading the right direction is more important. No company can function without a persona. It is the persona of a company that gives life to the company
